We want you to love your sleep, which is why we offer a 120-night risk-free trial on all mattresses. If you aren't completely satisfied, we will provide a full refund and coordinate a hassle-free pickup at no cost to you.

Return Process

  Sleep On It

  We ask that you try your new WinkBed for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the premium support and comfort layers.

  Initiate a Return

  If you decide the mattress isn't the perfect fit after the initial 30 days, simply contact our sleep specialists via phone or email to start the process.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate with a local recycling partner or charity to pick up the mattress from your home at a time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed by our partners, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 5 business days.
